Community Science Connections
Engaging families in hands-on science and introducing them to community resources through events at libraries and science education institutions throughout Albuquerque and greater New Mexico.
Informal Bilingual Family Education
The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science has been a leader in developing and offering bilingual, informal science education to the families of our community.
Lawrence Hall of Science
GEMS is an international resource for the advancement of inquiry-based science and mathematics, including teacher's guides and handbooks, professional development opportunities, and a network of 80 GEMS Centers and Network Sites.
BioBlitz - Citizen Science Program
BioBlitz, is an intense period of biological surveying in an attempt to record all the living species within a designated area. Groups of scientists, naturalists, volunteers, and the public conduct an intensive field study over a short period of time.
