Join us for a look at the world of mineral and gem cutting and polishing with experts from the onsite Museum Lapidary Studio, run by the Albuquerque Gem and Mineral Club. Includes a tour of the Lapidary Studio.

Joel Johnstone, Albuquerque Gem and Mineral Club,  also teaches lapidary classes at the Palo Duro Senior Center.

 

Purchase in advance, Space is limited. Adults only. Limited to 15 participants, to guarantee admission for our class you must registar in advance online at Brown Paper Tickets.  Online Adult Class ticket sales stop Midnight, 12:00 am, the morning of the event.

The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science reserves the right to cancel any event that does not reach a minimum of 6 participants.
