Public Lecture: Conserving America's Wildlands

Join us for a free public lecture on the importance of conservation, inspired by the Museum's traveling exhibition Conserving America’s Wildlands: The Vision of Ted Turner. Museum Executive Director Dr. Anthony Fiorillo and Head of Exhibits Matt Celeskey will speak about the exhibition, and the Museum's role in supporting conservation efforts throughout New Mexico.

Special guest Jonathan Hayden, Executive Director of the New Mexico Land Conservancy, will say a few words about about NMLC's work to protect some of the landscapes featured in Conserving America's Wildlands, including the 315,000-acre Armendaris Ranch.
