Join us for the anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing and the Viking 1 Mars Lander with a family-friendly celebration of space and science fiction! Enjoy hands-on activities/demos and "Walk on Mars" using our one-of-a-kind real scale image of the surface of Perseverance Rover landing site. Plus, explore our new exhibition, Sci-Fi & Sci-Fact, which explores the ways that science fiction and scientific fact overlap and help create our modern world. A special program commemorating the Apollo program will be presented in the planetarium at 1 p.m. for the regular admission charge.
